Hexagonquilt "La Passion"

Hi everyone,
I wish you all a Happy New Year.

I finished the big round of my Hexagonquilt "La Passion". Now come 5 rounds border and than  the corners .
With the 5 rounds border I have about 10000 Hexagons in it.

Liebe Grüße Grit

Your quilt is unbelievable and stunning! Keep enjoying the process even though all those hexies seem to be a lot of the same...

This is absolutely amazing! How long has this taken you? I'm working on a baby quilt that requires around 400 hexagons and I feel like I will never finish it.... I can't imagine making 10,000 of them! Beautiful work, this is definitely a masterpiece!!

Looks wonderful! Will this be straight edge in the end? Have you drawn this out on a graph paper to know you need 1000 hexies next? I counted mine after it was finished and wished I never knew how many I needed, but, to make a pattern, we have to know! LOL.
