Little Hexie Project!

Here's a little Hexie Project I've recently finished up! It was quick and easy! Just a few Grandmothers Flower Garden blocks and a little bit of wool appliqué. I'm calling it Grannie's Flowers.
Have a great day of stitching hexies!!

Finally an update.

Last night i finally made the last flower in the Vignette hexagon quilt & proceeded to start on the embroidered stepping stones.
My pretty stack of hexies.
flowers in a row
My small start. I'd only traced 15 of the 59 needed for the stones. I think i managed to embroider the leaves on 11 last night. A loooong way to go yet. I'm using Cottage Garden threads for the embroidery rather than Cosmo.

Happy Stitching,
