all done

My daughters quilt is finished, and ready to go to Australia.Nickys partner is in the UK at the moment, and will take it back with him.
I took the picture early morning, and the light caught it a bit. Here is Nickys quilt and my quilt together.
I said I would never make another one,but now my younger daughter Natalie tells me she would like one..... Hope you all had a lovely Easter.Laura xxx

This quilt is absolutely fabulous! I am planning to make a similar one this summer. How did you finish it? Did you sew it on to a backing fabric to square it up, or did you use half hexagons around the edges? Gorgeous!!
