My Hexie project

Hexagons are my latest endeavour in quilting. I used a creative memories hexagon punch to make hexies from freezer paper.

I ironed them onto different scrap fabrics.

Cut apart ready for edges to be glued down.

I have a long way to go but this is a very portable project to be taken anywhere to work on.
Happy hexing,
Linda

  5. What a fantastic idea!! I have the CM digital scrapbooking program - might have to contact my consultant for the whole punch!

  6. I feel incredibly stupid! I have this punch and have never thought of using it this way. Going to go dig in my scrapbooking bin to see what else I may have that is useful. Thanks for sharing.
