Making a start

I've made a start with some hexies! Two completely together and another six ready to go with more fabric scaps ironed and ready to the cut.

I've decided that this will be my "car" project of a Friday night when I have a bit of a wait for one of the children - will just have to get myself a portable light to see properly!

    Sue - I am using 1 inch hexagons and yes I cut my own - if you look a bit further down the page there is a link to download for the preprinted page which is what I used.

    Those hexagons look so lovely. I have only completed two so far but they are great to do. Your colours look really pretty.

    Yes, hexagobs are great for cars, trains ...where ever you go. Love your flower.
