2 flowers

This month i have made 2 flowers. 2 flowers in bright colours, colours that i like.

My daughters quilt is finished,and ready to go to Australia.Nickys partner is in the UK at the moment,and will take it back with him.

I took the picture early morning,and the light caught it a bit. Here is Nickys quilt and my quilt together.

I said I would never make another one,but now my younger daughter Natalie tells me she would like one..... Hope you all had a lovely Easter.Laura xxx

This month i have made one springflower

Slowly Growing

My mum gave this tin to me so I thought it would be great to keep my hexies blooms in.

 These are some more hexies that I have finished. My hexies are slowly growing I think I have done about 50 now

putting the border on my daughters quilt,she asked for black the same as mine.

Nicola's partner Tony,is coming to the UK at the beginning of April,so I'm on a mission to get it finished so he can take it back with him. Watch this space.xxx

More blooms...

I haven't popped in for a while. Great to see everyone's progress.

A few more hexies done here. A little slower than I'd like it to be, but life is full and busy.
Am enjoying sitting down and putting them together when I get to it.

And here they are all together. 11 in total. Growing slow but steady.

new puppy

getting on really well with my daughters quilt,over half way now.Thought I would share with you, this picture.Today we collected our new puppy,she is an eight week old Lhaso Apso,and we have called her Lilly.AS you can see she sat on my lap last night,and is very fond of hesxis.love Laura.xx
