Started the Borders....

Last night while I was waiting on a couple of loads of washing
I got busy joining my white border fabric for my Hexagon quilt....
Then after some smoothing and pinning.....
 And more smoothing and pinning.....
I took the papers out of the top edge and pinned
it all down with my tiny applique pins......
All ready to start stitching down.....
I don't know why but I am feeling a bit nervous about doing it....
Until next time, Happy Stitching

  1. Oh and by the way....If you are following this pattern the fabric allowance for the borders is very generous....I will have to trim a lot off later....

  4. Your quilt is beautiful. I can see why you get nervous, but somehow it must be exciting too to be this far!
