Made A Start. :)

Finally got myself organised & made a start. Easter Saturday i traced out a long strip of the little stitchery hexagons. Haven't started to embroider them yet.
Then over the long weekend here in Queensland i got stuck into tracing & cutting the leaves for the blooms. As i started to trace i pondered on what to use in the centres. Well what strip of jelly roll would work in well with others. Figured the best way to solve my dilemma was to trace out every strip, make the leaves up then lay them all out & go from there. This is how far i've gotten.

Still a few jelly roll strips to go. :)

    I like the long strip for the embroidered flowers, great idea!
